“The office staff was kind and friendly and was knowledgeable about my insurance benefits. I found Dr. Jai to be patient, compassionate and explained my treatment thoroughly. He did not dictate my care but partnered with me and made sure I understood and agreed with the next steps. He has a nice manner and called me a few days later to be sure I was doing well. As one who has had extensive dental work and was not looking forward to starting over with a new dentist in an emergency situation (I am new to the area) I feel at ease and confident with this dental office.”

“I will be forever grateful to Dr. Jai and his staff for my emergency root canal, performed with so much consideration for my fear – and for doing it painlessly. What a wonderful group of caring, talented people. It was Friday evening and I was days away from a scheduled root canal. As night fell my pain increased and became more and more unbearable. I am a terribly anxious dental patient and my trusted dentist was out of town for the weekend. I suffered through a long night with the help of pain medication and antibiotics. I had to stay in a sitting position all night, lowering my head caused unbearable pressure. Saturday morning I located Healthy Smiles of Atlanta. I was terrified of spending another night in pain but was terrified of having anyone other than my trusted dentist touch that tooth. I arrived shortly before noon and the entire staff did everything possible to put me at ease. The dentist, Dr. Jai, came into the waiting room and sat down with me. He promised me he was not going to hurt me and that he understood how much pain I was in. Dr. Jai worked on my tooth for two hours, well past the office closing time. He relieved my pain and treated the tooth for infection and he did so without causing me a moment of pain. I was amazed at how comfortable I was throughout the entire procedure. I was also impressed with the level of technology Dr. Jai uses. I can’t express my gratitude enough.”
